My journey started at age 12, mowing lawns in my neighborhood. I knocked on doors, pitched my services, made signs, hired my friends, and turned a summer hustle into a team effort. That early experience lit a fire in me for marketing, sales, and communication — and I’ve been building on it ever since.
My professional path began at Aidem Media, where I landed an internship the old-school way — by persistently calling, emailing, and even showing up until the founder agreed to take me on. I started out hauling gear, but quickly earned my stripes in video production and digital marketing. From there, I dove deep into Google and Facebook Ads, learned how to interpret data, and communicate results clearly to clients — becoming the go-to “Digital Marketing Guy” on the team.
Eventually, I took a leap and joined Zook Management, where I rose from marketing assistant to Director of Sales and Marketing, overseeing six entities. I led teams in sales training, internal and external communication, PPC strategy, and content creation. It was fast, challenging, and transformative — and it taught me how to lead while still staying a student of the craft.
After Zook, I joined The SMB Team, where I was the sole salesperson during a massive growth period — helping take the company from $1.2M to $3M in annual revenue. Though my role was sales-focused, I stayed closely tied to PPC strategy and learned the deeper impact of Google Ads alongside the tech team.
Most recently, I served as a PPC Specialist at Improve & Grow, where I managed 75+ campaigns and refined my approach to paid search through strategy, keyword research, creative development, and deep cross-channel collaboration. It was a masterclass in how PPC ties into SEO, conversion tracking, and broader digital ecosystems.
Outside of work, I give back in every way I can. I’m Vice President of the Lancaster Historic Lions Club, a SCORE mentor helping startups with marketing strategy, and I lead youth workshops focused on leadership and life skills.
